济南奥迪维修案例解析

  奥迪维修案列:一辆行驶里程约3.1km 2012款一汽奥迪Q5 SUV、搭载2.0TCAD发动机,车主反映仪表板变速器档位指示灯为红色,行驶过程中无异常感。

  故障分析:

  分析:电脑测的高压燃油的压力只有7bar而正常的低压燃油压力是7bar而建立不起来的高燃油压力。因为燃油压力调节器损坏后保持在常开的位置所以可以判定出燃油压力调节器损坏。

  故障诊断:为了进一步缩小诊断范围,连接大众电脑诊断仪,打开点火开关,检测发动机系统无故障码,读取发动机控制单元第140组数据流。该组数据流显示的高压燃油压力为4bar,明显低于车辆正常状态静态时的6bar,初步怀疑低压燃油供给系统存在故障。根据该车特点,关好车门,锁好车后,再打开车门,再读取静态时的高压燃油压力,仍为4bar,说明打开车门不能预建立油压,进一步说明低压燃油供给系统存在故障。
  Fault Diagnosis: In order to further narrow the diagnostic range, connect the popular computer diagnostic instrument, turn on the ignition switch, detect the fault-free code of the engine system, and read the 140 sets of data stream of the engine control unit.   该发动机的燃油供给系统由低压系统和高压系统2部分组成,如图1所示。低压系统主要由油箱、低压油泵、燃油滤清器、低压管路、燃油泵控制单元等组成,形成6bar左右的燃油压力。高压系统主要由高压油泵、驱动凸轮、高压控制阀N276、油轨、喷油器、燃油压力传感器G247、高压管路等组成,形成50~150bar的燃油压力,如图2所示。该燃油供给系统的工作原理是燃油由电动低压油泵建立6bar左右的燃油压力,经燃油滤清器送至高压油泵,经过高压油泵加压至50~150bar,送至油轨,再由ECU控制喷油器喷出。燃油压力传感器G247检测油轨内高压燃油的压力送至ECU后,根据特性曲线再控制高压控制阀N276实现对燃油压力的调节,以满足不同工况下对燃油压力的需求。

The fuel is sent to the high-pressure oil pump through a fuel filter. The fuel is pressurized to 50-150 bars by a high-pressure oil pump and sent to the fuel rail. The injector is controlled by ECU. The fuel pressure sensor G247 detects the pressure of high-pressure fuel in the rail and sends it to ECU. According to the characteristic curve, the high-pressure control valve N276 is controlled to adjust the fuel pressure to meet the demand of the fuel pressure under different working conditions.
